Appointment Policy


To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment. In this time, we are not accepting Walk in's. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why an occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make every effort to see each client in a timely manor.

For your convenience, drop-off for surgeries or special procedures are available between 7:30-8:00am. Once your pet is in recovery or we have finished the procedure/treatment, we will give you a call with a time to come in and pick up, at this time the doctor will go over the findings and or diagnosis and go over the discharge instructions with you.

For the safety of all animals and clients in our care, we require that all pets are leashed and or kenneled. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during their visit, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to please restrain your pet. We recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.


Payment Policy


We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. We do not have any type of payment plan.  For your convenience, we accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit and cash.

Patient Arrival Policy


For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
