In order to continue best serving our community with respect to these ideals we will be adjusting our service protocols to be compliant with the AVMA guidelines of social distancing.
We will be adopting a “Curb Side Service” strategy during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Clients should remain in their vehicle or in the parking lot with respect to social distancing and contact our service number at (480)-345-9846 to let us know that you have arrived. After we have received your call a technician will come to your vehicle to present an initial estimate for the exam & to pick up your pet and check them in. Please keep your phone on as our technician/doctor may be giving you a call periodically to discuss treatments or diagnostics during the exam. Upon completion of the exam our technician will go over discharge instructions, return your pet to you, and process payments.
If you are picking up food or medication, please give us a call to our service number (480)-345-9846 to let us know you have arrived and remain in your vehicle. A technician will be out shortly to provide the best service for you.
If you are not feeling well during these troubling times, please reach out to family & friends to transport pet to our hospital on your behalf.
If preferable, we can process all payment over the phone.
Our Staff is dedicated to coordinating your visit from outside the hospital & working with you to make sure that your pet gets the same level of love & care that we strive to provide for all our patients.
